Quirkiesque has strict standards as to the quality of the hair we provide, so we only produce small batches of hair. The limited quantity means that our hair extensions quickly sell out. To ensure that our customers receive high quality hair extensions, Quirkiesque offers a pre-order option.

During the pre-order time frame, hair extensions are being carefully created in our partner's manufacturing facility. By placing a pre-order you will be first in line to receive your Quirkiesque premium hair extensions before they are placed on our website for sale.

When you place a pre-order, your payment will be captured immediately as to secure your order and guarantee shipment.

During the pre-order time frame your payment will be processed and your card is charged. After your payment is received, production of your hair extensions will begin and undergo our extensive quality check process. Quirkiesque premium hair extensions are hand checked by our team. 

Currently Quirkiesque only ships within the United States via USPS Priority Mail. A confirmation signature will be required.

The pre-order processing time period is 2-3 business days, because the hair extensions are being created as orders are placed. Sale items require an additional 2-4 days of processing due to the influx of sales. Please allow for a total of 3-7 business days after your payment is processed to receive your hair extensions. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped. A signature will be required for delivery on all orders. It is your responsibility to make arrangements with USPS if someone will not be available to sign for the package.

We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, incorrect address, natural disasters, or carrier delays.

Factors such as weather, holidays, and other events are beyond our control and may delay your order.

All sales are final because Quirkiesque hair extensions are being created as orders are made. Returns will only be accepted if the customer receives the wrong order or if there was a manufacturing error. Hair extensions must be in resaleable conditions. This means that the hair has not been altered in anyway, all tags are intact, and the hair extensions must not have been worn.

Photographs along with an explanation for the return must be emailed to shop@quirkiesque.com for consideration.

The hair extensions must be mailed back with in 7 days of receiving the initial order. A refund will not be issued if the hair is not in a resaleable condition or if not mailed back to us within 7 days.

We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item, thus you should consider using a trackable shipping service. If we do not receive your returned item a refund will not be issued.

You may cancel your order within 48 hours of payment processing. There will be a $25 nonrefundable transaction fee for all cancelled orders.

Quirkiesque reserves the right to cancel any customer order.

All orders, including pre-orders, must be paid fully upfront to initiate the processing period. Orders can also be paid for using the payment plan. As soon as you place an order, your credit card will be charged.
